1. Agreement

By installing or using StockLift on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

StockLift helps merchants:

• Identify slow-moving inventory from Shopify product and order data
• Suggest cart upsell pairings (trigger product + discounted add-on)
• Create scoped Shopify discount codes
• Display cart upsell offers via a theme app extension
• Track offer performance and recovered revenue from paid orders using StockLift discount codes

3. Service updates

StockLift features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate store information and maintain valid Shopify account status
• Review all discounts, prices, and customer-facing messaging before publishing offers
• Comply with applicable consumer protection, pricing, and advertising laws
• Grant only the Shopify permissions required for StockLift to function
• Test checkout discount behavior before relying on revenue metrics
• Remove or pause offers before uninstalling if you do not want discount codes to remain in Shopify

You are solely responsible for your products, pricing, tax, shipping, and customer relationships.

5. No guarantee of results

Inventory value at risk is a conservative stock exposure estimate, not guaranteed revenue. Recovered revenue reflects paid orders that used StockLift discount codes. Results depend on your catalog, pricing, and traffic.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify when Managed Pricing is enabled. Free and trial terms are described in-app. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of paid features.

7. Intellectual property

StockLift and its branding, code, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your store content and product data.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

StockLift is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or inventory value, arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
