1. Install StockLift
Add the app from Shopify and approve permissions.
- Open StockLift on the Shopify App Store: apps.shopify.com/stocklift
- Click Install and approve read_products, read_inventory, read_orders, and write_discounts
- StockLift opens embedded in Shopify Admin under Apps.
2. Scan your inventory
Sync products and order velocity from Shopify.
- Open StockLift Dashboard and click Scan inventory.
- Wait for products, variants, and orders to sync.
- Review slow-moving SKUs and suggested upsell opportunities.
3. Activate your first offer
Turn a suggestion into a live cart upsell with a discount code.
- Go to Suggestions and open Recommended first offer.
- Click Activate first offer — StockLift creates a scoped STOCKLIFT code.
- Use Preview to see the cart upsell before it goes live.
4. Enable the cart widget
Show offers on your storefront when the trigger product is in cart.
- In Shopify Admin: Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Open the Cart template and add the StockLift Cart Upsell app block.
- Save the theme. Confirm the widget appears when the trigger SKU is in cart.
5. Test checkout
Verify the discount applies at checkout.
- Add the trigger product to cart on your storefront.
- Click Add discounted item in the StockLift widget.
- Complete a test order and confirm the STOCKLIFT code is applied.
6. Track recovered revenue
Measure performance from real paid orders.
- Open Active offers to see purchases, conversion, and recovered revenue.
- Revenue updates only after paid orders using your STOCKLIFT codes.
- Use Diagnostics if an offer needs discount or theme troubleshooting.
